David became a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner in 2010, after having previously graduated from Virginia College in 2007 with an Associate Degree in Therapeutic Massage. He focuses his approach on an individual’s health and well being. David understands that each person goes through a variety of ailments throughout their life, and sometimes they need help on their road to recovery. David joined the Advanced Wellness Centre in 2014, David spent years in Richmond’s spa industry and enjoyed valuable experience working hand in hand with a Chiropractor as prescribed medical therapy. Since making “wellness” a priority, David has become part of the AWC family and continues to heal through massage. He is widely regarded as one of the “best in the business” from other doctors and therapists.

Miranda’s first experience with massage was as a client at the Advanced Wellness Centre. She was so impressed with the treatment she decided to pursue Massage Therapy as a career. Miranda graduated from the American Institute of Massage in early 2015 and joined the AWC team. She is certified through the Virginia Board of Nursing and is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Miranda practices integrative massage, which combines techniques from different massage modalities. By blending the styles of Swedish, relaxation, trigger point, and deep tissue massage she can create a customized massage experience for each individual. Miranda continues to learn new modalities in an effort to provide the best possible experience for her clients. In her spare time, Miranda enjoys camping, fishing and just about anything outdoors.

Annie K. Lively graduated from Liberty University in 2008 with a BS in Kinesiology. She is nationally and state certified Massage Therapist through the NCBTMB, and a certified personal trainer through NASM. Before joining the Advanced Wellness Centre, Annie was integral to an orthopedic physical therapy facility in the Lynchburg area. Annie also has extensive experience as a massage instructor at a local technical college. Her clients at Advanced Wellness Centre include athletes, post therapy patients, and chiropractic, rehabilitative and orthopedic patients. Annie has a passion for both exercise and massage and their role in enhancing one’s physical, mental, and emotional health. She is experienced in multiple massage techniques including chair, relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscular, sports and myofascial release, and applies her knowledge and teaching experience to bring an intentional and professional treatment to each client she works with. In her free time, Annie enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Aidan, a Richmond native, graduated from The College of Charleston with a degree in Theater Performance in 2005. After completing his degree, he took some time to live and work as an actor overseas. Aidan became fascinated with massage therapy at a young age and, amid his travels, he found himself learning more about the benefits of massage as well experiencing many different techniques form all around the world. After returning to the states, Aidan received a diploma in massage therapy from Fortis College in 2015, where he graduated at the top of his class as valedictorian.
Since then, Aidan has made it his goal to help people through medical and therapeutic massage to regain function and live as pain-free as possible. He believes strongly in a mind-body philosophy. The essentials of that philosophy are that a strong mental attitude in regards to people's therapy is just as important, if not more than, what is done physically to the body. Aidan is experienced in many modalities including: deep tissue, sports, myofascial and positional release, trigger point and neuromuscular therapies. He is currently working to expand on his knowledge and education in structural integration, craniofacial therapy, active therapy techniques and rehabilitative stretching procedures. In his spare time Aidan continues to act and participate in the film industry in and around Richmond and up and down the east coast.

Sam Sinnenberg became a Certified Massage Therapist in 2010 after having studied at the Institute of Massage Therapies and taking continuing education seminars on “Massage & Medications,” “Headaches,” “Releasing the Rotator Cuff,” and many more. Sam specializes in trigger point, myofascial release, reflexology, neuromuscular and Swedish massage therapies, with a heavy interest in medical massage, and hones his technique in our philosophy, “to help each client achieve optimal health and wellness.” Sam aids his massage therapy capabilities as a full-time student at Virginia Commonwealth University, studying Health and Human Performance, Exercise Science and Physiology with a minor in Psychology.

Megan graduated from the Virginia School of Massage,Charlottesville, VA in 2005. She is certified through The Virginia Board of Nursing. Megan incorporates many techniques into her treatment plans specializing in and combining Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point. She loves helping patients find relief and reach a more pain free lifestyle.

Becca Brannock is a twin born in Charlottesville, VA. She moved to Richmond in 2015, enticed by the opportunity to explore a new town and be closer to family. After seeing how massage therapy helped her mother to reduce medication use and improve her quality of life, Becca was inspired to become a Massage Therapist herself. She attended Fortis College in 2016 and graduated at the top of her class with a Certificate in Massage Therapy.
Becca's goal as a therapist is to help people improve their mind, body, and spirit through natural healing. She customizes her treatments for your individual needs and uses several different techniques including Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, and many others. Becca is very empathetic, with a high degree of sensitivity toward her patients' physical and emotional pain, and continually works to expand her knowledge in order to provide her clients with the greatest level of care possible.
Annemarie has been practicing holistic therapies and yoga for more than 18 years in the search for a more natural approach to the health concerns of her family, and community. For her, becoming a Massage Therapist was a natural progression of her life philosophy. She received her certification in Massage Therapy from Eastern Virginia Career College in 2015. Her methods encompass the connection between mind, body, spirit, optimal health, well-being and balance.
Annemarie believes that massage is not just for relaxation but is a therapeutic, non-invasive way to help the body to heal itself and promote health from within. Her intuitive approach provides progressive health improvement by combining touch modalities, post isometric relaxation stretches, esoteric healing, and integrated manual therapy. She has specialized training in sports, deep tissue, prenatal, trigger point, reflexology, Myofascial release, craniosacral, Reiki, Swedish, emotional releases, and migraine therapies. She often uses essential oils that help to enhance the clients’ experience and offer many health benefits.
Annemarie is a mother of three children, “furbabies”, and grandmother of three. In her free time she enjoys Latin dance, hiking, photography, spending time with her family and friends, and taking an active role in her church. She is also passionate about service to our veterans and regularly participates in Wounded Warrior projects and USMC sporting events.
