What are your hours?
We are open Monday-Friday 7am-6pm. Our Saturday hours are 9am-3pm for Chiropractic and 9am – 1pm for Acupuncture care, and 9am-5pm for Massage Therapy.
How long will my initial appointment last?
It will depend on the specific discipline, but most evaluations and initial treatment sessions are 90 minutes.
Do I wear anything in particular for my initial evaluation?
For Physical Therapy wear loose fitting clothes that allow free movement and the ability for the provider to see your body moving.
Is parking a problem?
There is a large parking lot behind our facility, as well as on-street parking on Grove or Hanover Avenues.
Do I need an order from my physician to be treated?
You will need an order to treat from your Primary Care Physician for Physical Therapy. This is Virginia state law, and out of our hands! For Chiropractic, you may need authorization from your Primary Care Physician depending on your insurance and its specific requirements. If you have any doubt about this, call your insurance company to verify.
Do you bill insurance for your services?
We bill insurance for Chiropractic and Physical Therapy. The insurances we accept and do not accept for those two disciplines are listed below. Some insurance plans may cover acupuncture care, and while we do not bill your insurance for acupuncture, we can provide you with the appropriate forms and receipts to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
